Q: Why choose the PCM? A: The PCM is a gravity centered mount that reduces the stress on
the ceiling plate, and keeps the extension column from tilting
backwards. The PCM also has a full line of accessories to customize your
installation.
Q: Can the PCM be left to rotate freely on the column for rotational adjustments? A: No. The PCM should be aligned in the desired orientation and then
locked down with the set screw in the coupler or ceiling plate (not
included). If post-installation swivel is required the CMA351 swivel
adapter can be added to the installation for up to 330° of movement.
Q: Do I need to order a separate interface bracket? A: No, the PCM Ceiling Mount ships as a complete assembly that
includes the interface bracket. Determine which model will accommodate
your display by looking up the manufacturer and model number in the
cross-reference chart.
Q: Do I need any additional accessories to install the PCM? A: Yes, a 1.5" NPT Ceiling Plate will be needed.
Q: How do I lengthen the pipe extension? A: You will need to purchase a CMA270 Coupler Accessory or a CMA351 Swivel Adapter and a separate extension column.
