Q: Why choose the PDC?
A:
The PDC is designed for applications that require back-to-back Large
Flat Panel Displays. The pitch can be easily adjusted and set allowing
the displays to be located well above eye level. Integrated security
allows for a padlock to secure the display to the mount.
Q: Do I need to order a separate interface bracket?
A:
No, the PDC Ceiling Mount ships as a complete assembly that includes
the interface bracket. Determine which model will accommodate your
display by looking up the manufacturer and model number on the
cross-reference chart.
Q: How do I stack two Dual Ceiling Mounts?
A: The PDC pipe end will thread into the bottom of another PDC Mount.
Determine that your ceiling structure can support up to 5x the total
weight of the installation.
Q: do I mount two different Large Flat Panel Displays on the PDC?
A: You need to order the PDC unit based on one display
manufacturer/model number. Order a separate PSB bracket for the other
display. You will have an extra bracket.
Q: How do I attach the PDC to the ceiling?
A: A ceiling plate and extension column must be purchased separately.
Select a ceiling plate with a 2" NPT opening such as CMA-210 or CMA-332.
An extension column will be needed also, the length will be determined
by how far from the ceiling the displays need to be.
