Does your site offer product warranties against defects?
Ergo LCD only chooses products from the finest manufacturers in the industry. This means that we only work with producers of ergonomic furniture that have top reputations for quality control and assurance. Most of the manufacturers we work with offer a one-year warranty against any factory defects. Will any of the furniture involve assembly?
A great number of our items may require some assembly, that is, unless the product that you have chosen explicitly states that it comes fully assembled. All of the parts and accessories for our products are packed safely in separate small bags, and boxed along with easy-to-understand and follow instructions for assembly. If tools are needed, prepare some of the more common ones like a hammer, screwdrivers, and an adjustable wrench. If you want to inquire and check specific items for assembly requirements, do not hesitate to email us about these.
Security is a major priority here at Ergo LCD. We ensure that our customers’ credit card and personal information are protected with the help of our Address Verification department. This department helps keep our customers from identity theft, credit card fraud, and unauthorized charges. We also employ advanced ID verification technology to ensure that fraud is prevented. This technology verifies that whoever placed the order is indeed the cardholder.

Is sales tax charged for purchases made on your site?
For orders shipped outside of California, Ergo LCD does not charge any sales tax on your purchases. For orders that are to be shipped within CA State, however, we will collect the appropriate 7.75% sales tax mandated for these. When placing your order, the added tax will be added to your final total. Resale certificates should be faxed by Tax Exempt Organizations after orders are placed.

How long will my order get to me?
The usual processing & packaging time for orders is 1 to 7 business days.
Within the US states, expected delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, while international delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks.
Our inventory changes frequently, so we will strive to provide an estimated ship date to you when your order is placed. You will also get tracking numbers via e-mail from us as soon as these are available. For more information, please check our Shipping Policy.
All of Ergo LCD products come with Free Freight Truck or Free Ground Delivery Shipping within the 48 contiguous states of USA.
As of this writing, Ergo LCD does not ship or deliver to P.O. Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses. During checkout, please provide a physical address. For more information, please check our Shipping Policy.
How can I get delivery confirmation?
Ergo LCD sends you your order tracking numbers via our automated e-mail system. These tracking numbers will help you keep track of your furniture from ordering up to delivery to your door. Please note that for large items that ship via Freight Truck, you will usually receive a phone call to work out shipping details.
How about for international delivery?
For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and International Shipments, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us via our Contact Page or email us at email@example.com for your estimated international shipping charges.
Also, for international orders, responsibilities for paying any applicable duties and taxes to a broker or government agency will be covered by you.
